The staff are affable and the room was spotless and incredibly spacious for when central heating is off. There is a great selection of supplies like : an electric kettle, a sofa bed, and central heating. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

We had an amazing time at the Northdene Theatre Hotel. The location was perfect - close enough to the attractions for easy access but far enough for a peaceful and quiet stay. Jayne, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, made us feel so welcome, and always went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return and experience the warm hospitality once again!

Jayne was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and has great facilities. Jayne went above and beyond to make our children feel special and entertained. The beds were comfy, breakfast was perfect, and we enjoyed getting to know Jayne. The warm coffee offered upon arrival was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
